Bladder Control Problems

Bladder infection (cystisis) occurs when bacteria enters the urinary tract and infects the urethra and the bladder. This disease is common among women.

The urinary bladder, or simply the bladder, is an organ that collects urine from the kidneys before expelled by urination. When the bladder is stretched, a muscle, called the detrusor muscle, contracts. This process of contraction stimulates the bladder to expel urine via the urethra. The urethra is the tube that transports urine from the bladder to outside the body.

Occidental medicine doesn’t warn you about the consequences and side effects of surgical removal of the gall bladder. Most people won’t ask for more information, they are satisfied with amount they received from their physicians. But after a while they will start asking themselves some questions, because a wide range of problems start to appear. And after it is removed … there’s nothing you can do. Occidental physicians think that if they remove the organ that creates the problems they get rid of the problems too.

There are a couple of ways to remove the gall bladder. The traditional one involves a 10 to 20 cm long cut in your abdomen. This cut is made on the right side of your abdomen below your ribs. This operation is called cholecsystectomy or an open surgery. The new way of removing the gall bladder avoids the long incision. Instead it will use a tiny tube called laparoscope to remove the gall bladder. During this surgery the laparoscope will be inserted in your body, and trough the scope found at its end the surgeons can see the gall bladder on a screen and perform the operation trough three other small incisions in wich they insert their instruments. After that the gall bladder will be removed trough one of these cuts and after that the surgeons will close the incisions. This kind of surgery is called laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

The gall bladder act just like a reservoir for the bile secreted by the liver. All the nutrients and toxins are transported by the blood trough the body. The liver is the filter of the body. It filters the blood and eliminates all the waste. Waste includes all the residues, also called toxins and the dead cells. Bile is all the waste that remains after the liver cleaned the blood. Bile is produced all the time. Eliminating waste is not the only use of the liver, the bile being used for digestive purposes. The gall bladder holds the bile until it is needed in the digestive system where it processes the fats and the cholesterol.

A urine test will confirm whether or not you have a bladder infection that requires treatment. If you do have cystitis, and it is a mild enough case, there is a good chance that it may resolve itself without treatment, or by simply drinking more fluids.

If treatment for your bladder infection is necessary due to the risk of the infection spreading to your kidneys antibiotics are usually recommended. There are a wide variety of antibiotics available for the treatment of a bladder infection.

It is important to recognize bladder infection symptoms. While the infection itself, when promptly treated, does not have to be serious; it can indeed become serious should the symptoms go unnoticed, or ignored.

The most common symptom of a possible infection in the bladder will be a burning sensation when urinating. Additional symptoms you should be aware of are listed in the following:

Urine with a strong, foul odor.
